Tout support audio ou \u00e9crit vous est strictement destin\u00e9, il ne peut \u00eatre ni partag\u00e9, ni diffus\u00e9 sur Internet, ni reproduit.<\/p><p>ARTICLE 4 : T\u00c9L\u00c9PHONES PORTABLES<\/p><p>Les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables doivent \u00eatre \u00e9teints ou en mode avion afin d\u2019\u00e9viter toutes sonneries ou vibrations qui pourraient perturber la s\u00e9ance.<\/p><p>ARTICLE 5 : HORAIRES, RETARD<\/p><p>Les horaires doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9s.<\/p><p>En cas de retard, sauf cas de force majeure, le sophrologue devra en \u00eatre averti par sms, ou par mail de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p><p>S\u00e9ances individuelles : tout retard sera d\u00e9duit du temps de la s\u00e9ance. Le montant de la s\u00e9ance restera d\u00fb dans sa totalit\u00e9.<\/p><p>S\u00e9ances en groupe : les participants devront arriver 10 mn avant le d\u00e9but de la s\u00e9ance.<\/p><p>En cas de retard, le participant doit s\u2019assurer qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pas d\u2019exercice en cours avant d\u2019entrer dans la salle, sinon, il lui est demand\u00e9 d\u2019attendre la fin de l\u2019exercice avant de venir rejoindre le groupe.<\/p><p>ARTICLE 6 : ABSENCES, ARR\u00caT D\u00c9FINITIF<\/p><p>Toute absence ou tout arr\u00eat d\u00e9finitif devra \u00eatre signal\u00e9 au sophrologue, sauf cas de force majeure, au moins 24 heures \u00e0 l\u2019avance. <br \/>S\u00e9ances Individuelles : toute absence qui n\u2019aura pas \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9e au moins 24 heures \u00e0 l\u2019avance sera d\u00fbe.<\/p><p>S\u00e9ances collectives : en cas d\u2019absence ou d\u2019arr\u00eat, aucune s\u00e9ance ne pourra donner lieu \u00e0 un remboursement.<\/p><p>ARTICLE 7 : CIGARETTES, BOISSONS ET ALIMENTS<\/p><p>Il est formellement interdit de fumer \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du cabinet.<\/p><p>La consommation de boissons et de nourriture est interdite dans la salle de pratique, seules les bouteilles d\u2019eau sont accept\u00e9es.<\/p><p>ARTICLE 8 : SANCTIONS<\/p><p>En cas de non-respect du r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur, le sophrologue sera habilit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9cider des sanctions \u00e0 appliquer.<\/p><p>En cas de d\u00e9gradation volontaire du mat\u00e9riel ou du local : les r\u00e9parations ou remplacement seront \u00e0 la charge de la personne responsable.<\/p><p>En cas de non-respect des autres r\u00e8gles du lieu d\u2019accueil, la sanction pourra aller du simple avertissement \u00e0 l\u2019exclusion d\u00e9finitive des s\u00e9ances ( individuelles ou en groupe).<\/p><p>Suite \u00e0 une sanction, aucun remboursement ne sera d\u00fb.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0REGLEMENT INTERIEUR Ces conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales ont pour but de mettre en place un cadre clair, pr\u00e9cis et respectueux de chacun.
